DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS INSPECTION?

Similar to a regular visit with your primary doctor or mechanic, our Maintenance Inspection Program serves as a follow up to the acquisition and focuses primarily on the common maintenance concerns in a home:

  • HVAC System(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)

  • Electrical outlets, fixtures and panels

  • Plumbing connections and fixtures

  • Roof and Attic

The maintenance inspection and report identifies and describes the condition of these main elements as well as any areas of commonly seen deferred maintenance, moisture damage, trip hazards and any other safety concerns. This program is recommended on a bi-annual basis and is intended to help you keep your home in tip-top shape and not let deferred maintenance or hidden issues sneak up on you. This report tends to be a more condensed version of the "Comprehensive Acquisition Inspection".
